Christus Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute will be providing FREE athletic physicals at Spring Hill High School on Friday, April 28. All incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade athletes need a physical completed.
For students to get their free physical, please complete and return the medical history form to Coach Shawn Copeland or the Athletic Training Room.
