Paperwork for athletic physicals was distributed last week. Please complete the form and return it by THIS THURSDAY, April 14.
Current 6th, 8th, and 10th graders are due for new physicals. Christus Good Shepherd will provide FREE athletic physicals at Spring Hill High School on April 29.
