To practice leadership skills, students in Melissa Haney’s College and Career Readiness classes recently worked together to make Rice Krispies Treats for Spring Hill Junior High Office and Technology staff.
Each team was assigned a kitchen workspace and head chef, sous chef, station chef, and sanitation chef roles to help students experience what it would be like working in a kitchen. They worked as a team and were evaluated on following directions, cleanliness, and the taste of the final product.
